Designs and finished projects
In this exhibition, book designers and typeface designers, prize-winners and students, exhibited their projects from start to finish, in both sketches and digital form. On display were not just designs but also finished projects, digitally printed books and new letters and fonts.
Assignments
The assignments for the book design course at the Plantin Institute of Typography on display related to designing a collection of poems by Jan Van Riet, Oud zeer, an essay by Eric De Kuyper, Het samenspel van Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, over de kunst van het acteren, and finally a monograph about the portrait painter Juriaan Pool (1666-1745) by Anna Koldeweij.
