Are museums too boring for children? Not at all! Our museum has been officially approved by - and for - children. There’s nothing we enjoy more than welcoming you and your little one(s), and we hope you’ll quickly feel at home here as well. Planning a visit with a young guest? We hope to see you soon!

  • A stroller is available at the reception desk.
  • With a stroller, you can visit the museum’s ground floor. The upper floor is not accessible with a stroller due to the historic nature of the building.

Backpacks carrying a baby or child are not allowed inside the museum galleries. A baby carrier or sling is permitted.

  • You’ll find a baby changing table next to Room 7, adjacent to the courtyard. Just ask at the reception desk.
  • In that same space, you can also breastfeed in peace if you wish.

An active seek-and-find quest for sleuths from the age of four years. On the ground floor of the museum the whole family can hunt out common and unusual animals hiding in the works of art and on objects in the museum rooms.
