In the workshop you first view book illustrations, prints and drawings. Then you’ll learn how to make a drypoint etching as you get to work with plexiglass, ink and a centuries-old etching press.

Workshop for schools and groups
In the oldest printing house in the world, your hands will be itching to get started yourself. How were letters cast in the time of Christoffel Plantin?
During the workshop, you work in an atelier space. Your ticket is valid for a full-day visit to the rest of the museum.

- Workshop for pupils from 8 to 25 years old and for adults
- Maximum 12 people per workshop
Maximum 90 minutes
- Price for the guide: €105 (+ administration fee: €5 for schools, €25 for groups)
- You can purchase entrance tickets for the museum separately (ticket prices), access to the museum is free for school groups
